Refund policy

Each candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches using pure beeswax and 100% cotton wicks, making every piece slightly unique.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Due to the handmade nature and purity of our candles, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on used candles or for change of mind.
